May 1985 - Alan skiing in Alaska with his boots on...

Around 30 of us went skiing up at Hatcher Pass one day in May 1985. The weather was beautiful. Temperature around 28 degrees. We hiked up the side of the valley and skied for a few hours. After a nice lunch and a few drinks several of us decided to get a little sun. (Note - no kids were present.) We took off our clothes and laid on them for a while looking like beached beluga whales. I was feeling good so I decided to climb further up the hill. One of my friends told me I needed a little more sun, so why didn't I just ski naked. I decided that I wouldn't be naked because I would have my socks and boots on. On the way back down the mountain, one of the girls took this picture.
