July 19-21, 2009 - Hilton Head Island Kathy took me on a work trip to Hilton Head Island. Originally we were going to go on Friday or Saturday, but ended up leaving on Sunday. Kathy had a conference booth to attend on Monday and Tuesday, but only from 10am to 1pm. So, I got to spend some quality time by the pool with Kenai. We ate at 2 good restaurants while we were there - Sunday evening we ate at the Black Marlin. The food was good, but it was a really busy place near the middle of the island. Monday evening we found an out of the way restaurant, Boathouse II. The food was excellent, the place was quiet and the sunset was beautiful.
