Bread Machine Pumpernichel

Ingredients
1-1/4 cups warm Water
1-1/2 cups Bread Flour
1/2 cup Wheat Bread Flour
1 cup Rye Flour
1-1/2 Tbsp Dry Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1-1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Cornmeal
2-1/2 Tbsp powdered Cocoa
3-1/2 Tbsp Molasses
1/2 tsp Instant Coffee
2 tsp Caraway Seeds
3 tsp active dry Yeast or 2 tsp fast rise Yeast

Instructions
Put all ingredients into bread machine. Use whole wheat cycle.
If machine doesn't have whole wheat cycle, start on regular bread cycle. After first knead cycle, turn off bread machine and restart cycle.

Notes
It's not unusual for the top to be slightly honey-combed.
The loaf is shorter and denser than most loaves.
